Queen Anne Soccer families,
I wanted to provide you with the latest update on the status of fall soccer. Queen Anne Soccer Club will be offering soccer this fall, starting Monday September 28th. As King County is not expected to enter Phase 3 until mid-October at the earliest, SYSA has canceled the Fall 2020 soccer season so there will be no games this season.
As a club and with the help of our volunteer coaches, we will instead provide a skills program that meets the guidelines for youth soccer, based on age group, focusing on no-contact fundamentals like dribbling, passing and juggling.
Please note: with this changed format, we have decided to cancel our Mini program (U6/U7).
Please fill out THIS SURVEY and let us know if you are going to Opt-in or out of the program by September 19.
Our RETURN-TO-PLAY page details safety protocols we'll have in place this fall—please take a moment to review and prepare for the start of the season. I want to thank all of our families for your patience as we navigate these dynamic times—the health and safety of our players and families is our highest priority. If you have any questions or concerns, please email me at president@scqueenanne.org
Sincerely,
Yarrow Banko (Club President)
