OUR MISSION
The Queen Anne Soccer Club is a member club of the Seattle Youth Soccer Association. Our aim is to provide an opportunity for the youth of Queen Anne and Downtown Seattle, Washington to participate and develop in the game of soccer within a fun and safe environment, promoting individual skills and fitness, team play, sportsmanship, and a passion for the game.

OUR VISION
SCQA envisions a community where children of all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds have access to a club that fosters their physical, social, and emotional well-being while instilling a culture of excellence and respect.
OUR PRIMARY CREST

CROWN
The crown is made up of three points, representing the three towers atop Queen Anne hill. The center point of the crown represents the Space Needle that is exclusive to the Queen Anne neighborhood.
CLUB NAME
The official club name is Soccer Club Queen Anne, but is abbreviated at all times as “SC Queen Anne”.
INITIALS
The large “QA” represents the name “Queen Anne” and is a common identifier for the Queen Anne clubs. Often the teams will be referred to as “QA Leopards” or “QA Kangaroos”.
SHIELD
The shield acts as a container for all of the individual symbols of the crest. The shield should be used at all times as a base for the symbols to create focus.

OUR COLORS
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Queen Anne Soccer Club is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors. The Board meets monthly to coordinate our programs and to develop new initiatives to meet our organization’s goals and objectives. Please e-mail us if you are interested in joining our dedicated team.
The President's responsibilities are as follows:
- Officially preside at all meetings act as Chairman of the Board
- Be the official representative of the QASCnBe authorized to sign checks
- Vote only to break a tie at general and board meetings
- Ensures the Club operates within all governing organizations and documents
- Nominates non-officer positions within the Club
The Secretary's responsibilities are as follows:
- Attend to all correspondence for the QASC
- Keep detailed minutes of all Board and general meetings
- Keep records as necessary
- Be responsible for the QASC only with the knowledge and permission of the President
The Treasurer's responsibilities are as follows:
- Have full charge of the finances of QASC
- Report on the finances at all Board and general meetings
- Submit financial transactions and the status of finances at the Annual General Meeting
- Be authorized to sign checks
The League Representative's responsibilities are as follows:
- Attend the SYSA meetings as the SCQA representative
- Report changes, information, and developments from the SYSA to SCQA
The Registrar's responsibilities are as follows:
- Owns process of registering players for soccer programs provided by SCQA (i.e. Spring and/or Fall)
- Sending appropriate forms and fees to the WSYSA for all participating players, coaches, and officers
SC Queen Anne contact at the Seattle Youth Soccer Association.
The Coaching and Player Program Director's responsibilities are as follows:
- Scheduling coaching clinicsnEstablish training and development programs for players during the seasons
- Organize Academy training
- Provide resources for coaches and players about various soccer programs in Seattle
The Mini Program Coordinator's responsibilities are as follows:
- Assign registered players to teams for ages U6 and U7
- Answer parent questions
- Help recruit coaches
- Organize Opening DaynOrganize end-of-season tournament schedule
- Organize end of season Collection Daynn
The Judicial Representative shall be responsible for attending all the Judicial committee meetings as a representative of Queen Anne Soccer Club.
The Field Coordinator's responsibilities are as follows:
- Scheduling fields for team practices and games
- Maintaining of fields and goals throughout the fall season - hang nets, line fields, etc.
- Field Advocate for SCQA
Responsible for the overall marketing plan and execution, visual design, and branding.
The Website Manager is responsible for maintaining the QASC club website weekly or as needed.
The Equipment Coordinator's responsibilities are as follows:
- Purchasing and maintaining Club uniforms and equipment such as soccer balls, nets, goals, first aid kits, etc.
- Distribute equipment to and collect equipment from coaches as needed
- Managing and reporting on inventory of Club equipment
